Production, not pilots.

Most AI projects die as demos. Ours don’t, because the process refuses to let them: one workflow, a measurable target, a fixed price, and a definition of done that means “running in your business,” not “impressive on a call.”

The four steps

  1. 01

    Automation Scan

    Free · 60 seconds

The calculator above. You get a personalized findings summary: which workflows, what they’d save.

  2. 02

    Automation Roadmap

    from $1,500 · 1–2 weeks

Paid discovery. We map your workflows, pick the highest-ROI target, and hand you a fixed-price proposal. Fee credited toward the build.

  3. 03

    Agent Build

    from $5,000 · 2–6 weeks

Fixed scope, fixed price. One workflow automated end-to-end, tested, shipped to production with 30 days of support.

  4. 04

    Run & Care

    from $500/mo · ongoing

We monitor, improve, and queue the next automation. You watch the saved-hours counter climb.

Prices published on purpose. If a workflow isn’t worth automating, we say so at step 2 — not after your budget is gone.

Week 0

Scan + intro call. We pick the candidate workflow together and you get a written estimate range before paying anything.

Weeks 1–2

Roadmap. We sit inside your real process (recordings, samples, shadowing) and design the automation around exceptions — because exceptions are the actual work.

Weeks 3–8

Build → test → production. You see it run on real data in week one of the build, not at the end. 30 days of support included; Run & Care optional after.

Pricing anchors, in writing

  • $15,000–$35,000 — multi-system or compliance-heavy builds
